Getai

I went to this Getai at Jurong West yesterday. I must say that this is the first time I went for this kind of event. It was really different with the Getai in my residency in Malacca. In my place, they only show movie screening and of course the burning of those big big candles (hope I say it correctly) in the basketball court.
While in Singapore, is really ddifferent when we can see artiste from the 80s and 90s to come up and perform with a good audio and lighting system. I guessed, the CCs here have more budget to organise this kind of event.
Anyway, the objective is the same, is to appreciate and perform for the "VIPs" that only come out in7th month of the Chinese Calendar.
