4 days at home

I went back last Thursday. I got a big shock when I was told that grandma had just been discharged from the hospital. Her face and leg was swollen due to her high level of diabetics. I was very sad to see her. I had to raise my voice whenever I talk to her. Her hearing isn't good. She reminded me of great grandma where I had to shout to talk to her. 2 months ago, when I went back, she was fine and able to smile and joke with me. But what had happened 2 months later.. She is so weak now, has no energy to walk. I pray to God to give her blessing, hopefully she can crawl out from this anxiety.
On the other hand, spending 4 days at home slacking, going shopping with my family from one shopping mall to another, I busied spending money buying stuff. I recalled back many memories when I was at home. Things I usually do when I am not in Singapore yet. I cooked lunch and dinner for my family on Friday. Steam fish for lunch and spaghetti for dinner. Tell you what, my cooking skills still up to restaurant standard. Maybe thats the experience I could not forget when I started working in uncle's restaurant at a very young age. It is a useful skill to me though.
I had my haircut. I looked different now for a every first time, according to many of my friends. It is time for me to change. I don't want to have a loan shark hair style anymore. I went to church on Sunday at St Theresa Church. I can't remember when was the last time I went to church. Sigh!! maybe 2 months ago. I shall put in effort to attend mass.
